Emirview House is situated on the edge of Glenbeigh where the road begins to leave the town in the direction of Cahersiveen. Both the Kerry Way Walking Trail and the Ring of Kerry Cycle Route pass the front of the house.

All the bedrooms in Emirview House are ensuite with showers and television. Tea and coffee are served to guests on arrival. There are several options for evening meals just a short stroll away in the centre of Glenbeigh.

Kerry Way walkers can have their luggage tranferred ahead to the next accommodation. Packed lunches can be provided for eating on the trail. A laundry service is also available at the house.

Those staying an extra day in Glenbeigh can complete the sign-posted circuit of Seefin Mountain which forms part of the Kerry Way. The walk crosses Windy Gap and takes in views across Lough Caragh and of the distant MacGillycuddy Reeks. Rossbeigh Hill is another hiking option which gives great views across the Dingle Bay.

Other things to see are Rossbeigh Beach which is nearby. White Strand is around four miles long and looks across to the Dingle Peninsula. Activities such as horse-riding and surfing can be enjoyed here. Further out from town in the direction of Killorglin is the Kerry Bog Village which gives tourists an idea of what it was like to live in Ireland in the 18th Century.
